In our pursuit of change, we can find ourselves getting stuck or feeling very low. My aim in working with my clients is to help them better understand and manage their challenges so that they feel a greater sense of control by taking steps towards change.
During our time together, I address how personal, environmental, and cultural factors shape a person’s identity and influence their thoughts, emotions, and overall well-being. I tend to emphasize the use of mindfulness-based, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral tools. However, I draw from a broad range of approaches to tailor the work to the needs of each person.
