Direct, effective support for leaders in demanding careers
What therapy looks like here
We don't do passive listening. We work with you to clarify what's real, identify leverage points, and translate insight into action. Our approach—grounded in Honest Iteration—uses each decision as data, so your plan gets smarter as you go.
Who this is for
You're an executive, founder, physician, lawyer, or finance professional, academic, or ambitious partner. On paper, you're succeeding. Inside, something feels hollow. The promotions keep coming, but the satisfaction doesn't. The stress is relentless. You're starting to wonder if you've lost yourself in the role.
If any of this sounds familiar:
- You feel successful externally but unfulfilled internally—what you're achieving doesn't align with what actually matters to you (values misalignment)
- You can't tell where your job ends and your identity begins—if you're not excelling, who are you? (career enmeshment)
- You're exhausted in a way that time off doesn't fix—your body is running, but you've forgotten why (burnout)
- You're facing a major transition and need clarity before making the next move—new role, relocation, career pivot
- Your relationship is suffering under the weight of your ambition—or your partner's, or both
No matter the challenge, our approach is tailored, actionable, and always grounded in the realities of your life and work.
It's collaborative — We solve problems together and take action.
It's flexible — Short-term guidance or long-term support based on your goals.
It's designed for your life — Built for the realities of high-pressure work.

FAQ
What types of therapy techniques do you use?
We don't believe in a fixed approach. Our clinicians are trained in a variety of evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Instead of rigidly following a single framework, we modify our approach to what works best for you.
Do I need a specific diagnosis to start therapy?
Not at all. Many of our clients come to us simply seeking better ways to manage their personal and professional lives. While we can offer diagnoses when necessary, our focus is on helping you move forward, not on labeling your experience.
How long will I need to be in therapy?
It varies based on your goals and circumstances. Some clients work with us for a few months to tackle a specific challenge, while others prefer ongoing sessions for deeper, long-term support. Ultimately, it's up to you — therapy can evolve with your needs.
How do I know if I've found the right therapist?
The right therapist feels like a good fit — someone who listens, understands, and helps you feel both supported and challenged. If you're not sure where to start, check out our How to Find a Therapist guide written by our founder, Dr. Janna Koretz.
Do you offer teletherapy?
Yes. We offer teletherapy for clients who prefer the convenience of virtual sessions. Whether you're traveling or simply prefer to meet from home, teletherapy is a flexible way to stay connected.
What can I expect in the first session?
Your first session is about getting to know you: what brought you here, what you want to focus on, and how we can help. It's a conversation, not an assessment, and we'll work together to map out the best path forward.
