Work with Dr. Aldrich

I’m a psychologist who works with people navigating life’s challenges and transitions. My focus is on helping clients find clarity, resilience, and a deeper sense of fulfillment, whether they’re coping with stress, anxiety, health concerns, or seeking to create meaningful change in their lives.

My approach is integrative, drawing primarily from psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral (CBT), and mindfulness-based practices. With additional experience as a yoga teacher, I bring a deep appreciation for the mind–body connection and incorporate these traditional awareness-based practices into therapy in an evidenced-based manner when requested. This approach allows me to tailor therapy to each client’s needs, whether that means exploring longstanding patterns, building practical coping strategies, or cultivating presence and balance in daily life.

I believe therapy is most effective when it feels collaborative and authentic. Clients often describe me as someone who listens deeply, asks thoughtful questions, and helps uncover new pathways forward. Let’s create a therapy experience where growth feels possible and sustainable, and where you leave with both meaningful insight and real-world tools to carry into your life.
