I appreciate that people often feel blocked, unable to reach their goals or uncertain on how to live their ideal lives. I help my clients identify patterns, themes, and barriers that may be in their way, and then work collaboratively with them to move or shift these concepts so my clients can ultimately reach their goals.
I work with my clients as their nonjudgmental outsider who helps them accomplish change, whatever that may be. I am trained in a variety of therapy techniques, including dynamic, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, and neurofeedback.
I look forward to building a strong, trusting relationship that allows for the unveiling of difficulties that may then be removed or altered for long lasting positive change.
