We all face challenges that can feel overwhelming or difficult to manage on our own. Sometimes, the perspective of a neutral third party can offer perspective and open new paths forward. Together, I help clients discover their values, learn tools to manage distress, and build a more fulfilling life.
I enjoy working with individuals navigating life transitions, managing high levels of daily stress, and addressing mood-related concerns such as anxiety and depression. I also have experience supporting clients through relationship challenges, gender and sexuality development, and traumatic experiences.
A significant focus of my work is helping individuals who are going through or recovering from divorce. My approach is flexible and collaborative, drawing on techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and relational therapy to meet each client's individual needs and goals.
