Throughout life, we all face challenges and stressors that can be too difficult to resolve alone. Oftentimes, the viewpoint of a nonjudgmental third person can provide exceptionally useful new perspectives and insights. I very much enjoy working collaboratively with individuals through life transitions and milestones; managing high levels of daily stress; mood related difficulties such as anxiety and depression; relationship issues; gender and sexuality development; as well as processing traumatic events. I utilize a variety of techniques, including CBT, ACT, and relational approaches, to help find a balance that works best for your individual goals.
